I grew up listening to music a lot, playing video games, TV, and Japanese anime. I’m a huge sports fanatic, and sports bar / Irish pub goer than the usual cliquish gay clubs. I guess I grew up very eclectic and straight like. All of these oxymoronic tendecies lead me to the types of music I love listening to. Later in life I got into computers and now I am an IT director and semi professional first person shooter gamer. Well I got into making music as well. I produce my own techno/trance/ambient/trip-hop music. I never DJed in RL per se. I would get gigs at shows, lounges, and parties/raves playing the music I made. In RL I go by ReignphireX, and I don’t DJ my own music, but I run back and forth against all my equipment trying to redo what I did in my home studio. It looks like a one man Orbital or Crystal Method act LOL.

After marrying my husband, MountainBear here on SL on December 23rd , 2006, we opened a club called AquA in the front yard of our first home. My god it was small but fun. It was my first time DJing, and I was encouraged by my good friends and DJs at the time Erik (who is also a RL musician), and his buddies Jay and Kaj (who also DJs at AquA these days now). Well the rest is history. Over a year later here I am djing at like 10 clubs on SL. Yeah full schedule, but the hubby follows me or works with me hosting at some of my gigs.
                                                                                                         

When not DJing an event what else do you enjoy doing in SL?
When not DJing, I run a clothing store chain with my SL hubby called Cockwood DesignZ and we run the club and resort known as AquA Lounge. I also make and sell art, build, have an awesome SL son with my hubby we adopted over a year ago. Love u Bret and there is your shout out. I am also the co-owner of a group called DJ World, which is pretty much a DJ and Club owner group who needs each other for work and Djs for their club or events. We also do a 12 DJ 12 Hour event once a month showcasing some of our 70 plus DJs to expose them to their peers and crowds they may have never played for.

I also emcee  some cool contests here on SL, like the SL International Man of Leather contest last September at Impulse, as well as the upcoming 2008 Bear Contest being held by Fat Tiger and Aussie Boys.

Yes I guess you can say I have a full plate on SL, but that is fun for me and I try to include my family on here as much as possible. When do I sleep you say? Hello!!! I am from NYC. When the hell do we ever sleep.
